Please excuse our absence....

It's the middle of finals for Sarah and me. As library science students, we don't really have finals, just a ton of projects meant to recreate real life.

We have been eating 'que. We just have put the 'que into words for all of our readers and that hasn't happened yet. We haven't forgotten about you. Everything is due Friday (except for the ONE actual test we have, but that's nothing).

For your edification, this is a Super Loco. It's a version of the popular Hawaiian meal the Moco Loco. We have here spam, Portugese sausage, a hamburger patty, gravy, two scoops of rice and--it's not macaroni salad, it's not potato salad--it's macaroni-potato salad. It's not 'que, but it is a cultural experience.
